Day 1Project Setup & Architecture
Staging URL Live

Repository initialized, Next.js App Router scaffold, database schema designed, authentication system wired, CI/CD pipeline connected to staging.

Output: Live staging URL shared with you. You can see the shell from Day 1.
Days 2–4Core Architecture & Auth
Auth System Done

RBAC system built — every user role routes correctly. Database tables, API routes, and base layout components complete.

Output: Working auth flow with role-based routing. All user portals accessible (no content yet).
Days 5–9Primary Screens & Business Logic
Core Screens Live

The core screens (dashboards, forms, data views, workflow panels) built and connected to live APIs. This is where 60-70% of the product ships.

Output: Daily Loom/screenshot updates. You review and give feedback asynchronously — no meetings required unless you want them.
Days 10–12Modals, Edge Cases & Polish
UI Polish Done

All interactive modals, confirmation dialogs, and error states built. UI polish pass — spacing, typography, loading states, empty states.

Output: Full UI pass complete. Product looks finished, not like a dev build.
Day 13QA & Bug Sweep
QA Clear

We run a complete end-to-end test across all user roles and flows. All found bugs fixed same day.

Output: QA report shared. Zero known blockers before launch.
Day 14Production Deploy & Handoff
🚀 Live

Production deployment to your chosen host (Vercel or your server). Repository transferred to your GitHub org. 1-hour handoff call.

Output: Your MVP is live. You own every line of code. Post-launch support optional.

Loom video or screenshot + written summary sent each evening (your timezone). No meetings required — you review when convenient.

Staging URL from Day 1

A live staging environment is your window into the build. Check it any time. Share it with your co-founder or investors.

Direct line to the engineer building your product. Questions answered same day, usually within a few hours.

Process FAQ

Questions about the sprint process

What if my idea is too complex for 14 days?
We'll tell you on the Day 0 scope call — before you pay anything. If it's too large for one sprint, we break it into sequential 2-week sprints, each with a fixed price and scope. You decide if you want to proceed with Sprint 1 first.
Do I need to be available every day during the sprint?
No. We send daily async updates (Loom video or screenshots). You review at your convenience and reply with any feedback. Typically 15–20 minutes of your time per day max.
What if I want to change something mid-sprint?
Minor wording/label changes: free, done same day. Structural scope changes (new screen, new flow, new role): quoted as a transparent add-on before implementation. We never absorb scope creep silently.
What's the handoff process on Day 14?
We transfer the Git repository to your GitHub org, hand off all environment variables and secrets, deploy to production, and walk you through the codebase on a 1-hour call. You're fully self-sufficient from that point.
